18 inch neck opening, 40 inch around shoulders 10 inches deep. I designed this Cowl/Neck Warmer originally for motercyle riders. It fills the space in the neck opening of a leather jacket, stays up on your neck, and fills that little V opening on the zipper wonderfully. Deep green and made of 100% Merino Wool.
